1. Products and Personalisation
We aim to describe all items accurately. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Personalised items are made to order based on the details that you provide - so please double check spellings and customisation requests before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (if applicable). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payment via Paypal.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 - 10 working days, personalised items may take slightly longer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail/courier delays, especially during busy periods.
4. Refunds and Returns
Please see our Refund Policy below for full details. Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch wihtin 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a refund or replacement promptly.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return most non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding postage costs). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Personalised Items
Please note that personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. We take great care to ensure your personalised gifts are exactly as requested, so please double-check spellings and customisations before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
