Free initial Consultation

We know that taking the first step can feel daunting, so we offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation to make things easier. This relaxed meeting gives us a chance to explore what you'd like support with, answer any questions you have, and ensure that Hypnotherapy is suitable for your needs.

If we decide to move forward, you'll also receive a complimentary relaxation MP3 - a helpful tool to get you familiar with the relaxation process and support your progress between sessions.

Regular Sessions
£60 per session

At your initial consultation, we will agree on a suggested number of sessions to meet your needs, however this is flexible and can be adjusted.

Each session will last between 45 and 60 minutes, allowing flexibility to work at the pace most conducive to effective therapy.

Sessions follow a structured, solution-focused format: we'll begin by reflecting on your progress so far, identify your next steps, and then end with a deeply relaxing hypnosis section - designed to help to embed your goals and support lasting change.  You can choose to experience hypnosis reclining on our couch or seated in a chair - whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Stop Smoking or Vaping
£120 (deposit of £50 required upon booking)

Stop Smoking and Vaping sessions are completed in one, longer session. This session is between 90 -  120 minutes long.

Relaxation Session
£25 per session

Feeling overwhelmed or just in need of a reset? Whether you're juggling deadlines, studying hard, or caring for everyone but yourself, this one-off 30 minute guided relaxation session is designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and reconnect with yourself. Using gentle, solution-focused techniques, you'll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and ready to face the world again.
